Production

Orders take 2 to 7 business days for printing and quality checks before they leave us.

Shipping

We ship worldwide with tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Free shipping on orders over $100. Below that, rates are calculated at checkout.

Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 weeks after dispatch, depending on the destination. Checkout shows the cost and the estimate for your address before you pay.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs, weather and carrier delays are outside our control.

Duties and taxes

International orders may attract import duties or local taxes. These are set by your country, are not included at checkout, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Message us first through the contact form with your order number and what's wrong.
• Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered.

Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return arrives and is checked, normally within 5 business days.

If you're in the EU or the UK you also have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the order for any reason.

Faulty or wrong items

If a piece arrives damaged, misprinted, or is simply the wrong item, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund it in full, and we'll cover the shipping.

Wrong address or unclaimed parcels

Check your address at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address or because they went unclaimed can be reshipped, but the second shipping cost is payable by you.

Cancellations and changes

Orders move into production fast, so we can only change or cancel before that happens. Get in touch as soon as you can and we'll do what we can.
