These terms cover your use of ratelimitedbrand.com and any order you place through it. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.
Who you're buying from

Eligibility
You must be 16 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
The products
Every piece is printed to order on a Gildan 5000 blank: 100% ring-spun cotton, 180 gsm, classic unisex cut. Screens vary, and direct-to-garment printing produces small differences in shade and print placement between pieces. Those are characteristics of the product, not defects. Some product images are mockups; the garment you receive is the blank described on the product page.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are inclusive of any tax we are required to charge. Import duty and local taxes are not included — see the shipping policy. Prices can change without notice.
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send your order confirmation. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Availability
Runs are limited and designs get retired. Listing an item doesn't guarantee availability, and we may cancel and refund an order we can't fulfil.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery timings are set out in our shipping policy. Returns and refunds are set out in our refund policy. Both form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The RATELIMITED name, the wordmark, and all artwork on this site and on the garments belong to us. Buying a garment doesn't transfer any rights in the artwork. You may not reproduce, resell, print or use the designs commercially without written permission.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for activity that happens under it.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malicious code, or scrape, overload or interfere with the service.
Third-party links
Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We're not responsible for their content or their policies.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products, and our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Mauritius, and the courts of Mauritius have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in, and you can bring proceedings there.

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
